We keep SALT FW small on purpose. A short conversation helps us make sure the space fits your work, and that the people around you will be a good fit too.

Coworking and fixed desks are available month to month, or on a 6- or 12-month agreement. Longer agreements cost less each month and lock in your price. Private offices need a 6- or 12-month lease. To cancel a month-to-month membership, give us 30 days’ written notice.

Yes. The 3-Day Pass gives you three business days in the shared work areas and lounge for $149. We don’t offer single-day passes or drop-ins.

Yes. Book a conference room and let us know who’s coming. Meetings with a few guests are easy. Larger events need our approval first.

Yes. There’s a free lot on site, and it’s first come, first served. There’s free street parking in front of the building and close by when the lot is full.

Tours are by appointment, so members aren’t interrupted. Send us a note or call and we’ll find a time.

Private offices come unfurnished, so office members bring their own furniture, art, plants and decor. Please don’t paint the walls. Coworking and fixed desk members keep the furniture in place but are welcome to add desk accessories.

Tours are Monday to Friday, 8:30a to 5:30p. Coworking is open Monday to Friday, 6a to 7p. Fixed desk members have access every day, 5a to 10p. Private offices have access 24/7.
